1. General Provisions
1.1. Payment and Validity: All services, including package subscriptions, must be paid for in full prior to activation. Upon activation, all packages are valid for the specified duration and are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.
1.2. Session Scheduling: All sessions must be scheduled in advance by the client. The availability of sessions is subject to My Teacher’s operational hours and capacity.
1.3. Force Majeure: My Teacher shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of a Force Majeure Event, including but not limited to, acts of God, fire, flood, terrorism, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
2.1. Standard Cancellation: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session.
2.2. Late Cancellation: Any session canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a “Late Cancellation” and will be forfeited. The client will not be entitled to a refund or a make-up session for any Late Cancellation.
2.3. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without any prior notification will be considered a “No-Show.” No-Show sessions will be forfeited without a refund or the option to reschedule.
Package Specific Terms
3.1. One-Month Introductory Package: This package includes a finite number of sessions to be completed within one (1) calendar month from the date of activation. Any unused sessions remaining at the end of the one-month period will automatically expire without refund or credit.
3.2. Three-Month Intermediate Package: This package includes a specified block of sessions to be used within a three (3) month period from the date of activation. While this package offers limited scheduling flexibility, sessions forfeited due to Late Cancellation or No-Show will not be replaced, and no make-up sessions will be provided.
3.3. Six-Month Comprehensive Package: This package offers a block of sessions to be utilised over a six (6) month period from the date of activation. This package provides greater flexibility for rescheduling sessions, subject to clause 2.1. All sessions must be completed within the six-month period, or they will be forfeited.
