1. General Policy

1.1 All package subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable once activated. Clients acknowledge and agree that the purchase of any package is a commitment to a block of prepaid services.

1.2 Given the nature of the service (pre-paid time/sessions), the concept of a “return” is inapplicable.

2. Pre-Activation Refunds (Cooling-Off Period)

2.1 A client may be eligible for a full refund of the package price, provided the request is made in writing within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date and before the activation or commencement of the first session.

2.2 Once the first session has been scheduled or delivered, or the package has been active for more than 30 days, the package is considered “activated,” and Section 3 applies.

3. Partial Refunds for Activated Packages

3.1 Partial refunds are generally not offered. Exceptions are solely at the discretion of My Teacher and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances (e.g., long-term medical inability to continue, verifiable relocation).

3.2 If, and only if, a partial refund is granted under exceptional circumstances, the sessions already used will be charged at the higher, non-discounted, Single Session Rate (rather than the lower, package-discounted rate) to determine the net refund amount.

3.2.1 Formula Example: [Original Package Price] – ([Number of Used Sessions] $\times$ [Standard Single Session Rate]) = [Potential Refund Amount].

3.2.2 In no event will the refund exceed the original package price paid.

Forfeited Sessions

Forfeited sessions resulting from Late Cancellations, No-Shows (as defined in Terms and Conditions), or the expiration of the package validity period (as defined in Terms and Conditions) are not eligible for any refund, credit, or monetary value.

Method of Refund

All approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 30 business days of the approval date.
